Precision Gears
Reliance supplies precision gears, geared mechanisms and electro-mechanical assemblies to the aerospace, medical, biotechnical, analytical, scientific instrument and defence industries.
Precision cut gears are available in both stainless steel and aluminum alloy designed specifically for applications requiring high accuracy and long life with low torque transmission capability. Specially designed two piece antibacklash gears provide high reliability in conjunction with zero backlash.
Fine pitch ground gears down to 0.5 module accurate to ISO class 9/10 provide accuracy whilst being capable of transmitting higher torques. With selected parts available from stock and a quick interface modification service RPM can tailor items quickly to suit additional interface requirements.
Brass gears for less demanding applications with small quantities (up to 10) available from stock, larger volumes available to order. Accuracy to ISO class 9/10 provides a very economic balance of accuracy and load capacity against cost.
