Stock and Delivery Information

All delivery times are in working days and apply to orders placed before 3pm.

We will normally ship orders which are in stock within one working day. If one or more items on your order are not available from stock then we will ship your entire order in one delivery when all items are available. Stock Levels shown on site are regularly updated, however as stock levels can change without notice they should only be used as an indication of availability and are not guaranteed.

We offer shipment via Royal Mail First Class Post, or by UPS Standard guaranteed next day service. You can select which service is used during the checkout process. For orders over £100 we recommend using UPS Standard.

Order Amendment and Cancellation

If you want to amend or cancel your order after submission then please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1484 601060 or email sales@rpmechatronics.co.uk. Normally orders can be amended or cancelled prior to despatch, however if we are manufacturing items specifically for your order there may be an additional charge for this service

Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

We will send you a confirmation email when your goods are despatched. If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time of despatch (three days for First Class Mail, Next Day for UPS Standard), or are damaged on receipt please contact our sales team on +44 (0)1484 601060 or email sales@rpmechatronics.co.uk. We will arrange for replacement of the items, and will arrange for collection of the damaged items. We must be notified within seven days of despatch of loss or damage to goods.

Returns and Replacements

We will repair or replace, at our option, any goods which are shown to be defective in materials or workmanship within six months of delivery, or within six months of first being put into service whichever is the longer provided that the total period does not exceed twelve months

Unused products which have not been manufactured specifically to your order may be returned with 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
